The founder had already spent years working as a Virtual Assistant, supporting clients full-time while taking on additional work whenever needed. He took pride in delivering quality support, and over time, that consistency earned trust. Clients began referring him to other business owners who were also looking for dependable help.

At first, the growing demand felt encouraging. Each new request was a sign that the work mattered. But as more clients reached out, the pressure slowly built.
